B&B HOTEL Brussels Centre Louise

I appreciated the aesthetic in the premises, which were also filled with colours and good taste. The staff was rather helpful and available at all times. Especially one of the employees in the reception desk assisted us in finding the best route to get to our destination one day by handing out to us a map and writing down additional info. We are still absolutely grateful! The breakfast was rich in variation, while there are storage lockers if one arrives either earlier or leaves after the checkout, so that they can keep their luggage protected. I would visit again.

Generally, it is a well run establishment. The entire vibe of the place was very welcoming and comfortable. The staff is what made it enjoyable for us as a family. From the moment we walked in they were very helpful. My husband saw a staff member whom had her birthday, all her colleagues surprised her with gifts and every one was making an effort to see her smile. It was a very touching gesture from them. Many customers are walking in and out of the place, business people, tourist groups and families. Everyone seemed happy with the experience. We have been to a B&B hotel in a different city in Europe, by far this one was noticeably better in every aspect. The location is perfect, everything is close, busses, trams, main attractions, supermarkets, amazing restaurants (places with great menus and charm, not tourist traps) and cafes, train station, shops, a pharmacy, bars and many other things. We had a small electrical problem in our room (lights weren’t working) the response time was immediate, no fuss no muss, as we if nothing happened. The cleaning staff are very good at what they do, they are thorough, polite and attentive. The entire place is always spotless and fresh (room, lobby, common areas, restaurant, gym and bathrooms). Water pressure and hot water in the room was fantastic. Coffee, tea, milk, drinking water and ice are available around the clock (very good coffee machine and water/ice dispenser), and a common fridge. Check and check out was seamless and perfect, Everyone who works at this great hotel deserves a pat on the back for the great work they are doing, and a raise.

Very comfortable beds, clean room, convenient location close to the bus stop and lots of cafes and bars, but the neighbourhood is quiet and peaceful. Coffee, tea and water are available on each floor. The staff is friendly and helpful, and reception is open 24/7. Everything was convenient, the hotel itself is modern and stylish. As we were only there for 2 nights, we didn't have time to use it, but we saw that there was a cinema room and a gym.

Very hip and nicely decorated hotel in one the coolest areas in Brussels. The room and the overall hotel aesthetics were superb and you could also attend movies in the hotel's cinema. The WI-FI was very fast in both rooms and the lobby. The staff was very helpful and friendly. You can also leave your staff at a locker and pick them up later. The hotel also allows late check out for those who don't want to rush.

Beautiful hotel just 10/15 minutes of public transport from the downtown. The structure is amazing with fantastic decorations, very bright, warm, cozy and clean. Rooms are big, modern way decorated and full of every comfort. In addiction the structure offers a little shop where you can consume snacks, a gym, a car park, a beautiful hall and if you want also breakfast buffet. The staff is very prepared and willing. I sincerely suggest to book in this structure.
